Justin's journey began at Pittsburgh University, where he played soccer and aspired to play professionally. Life took a different turn when his father was diagnosed with cancer after graduation. Justin returned home to learn real estate under his father's guidance, and continued in the field after his father's passing — starting his own appraisal company.
The initial years were grueling — 100-hour work weeks that left him completely burnt out. Recognising the need for change, he joined Keller Williams and adopted new business practices that allowed him to leverage time, build a strong sales team, and prioritise his own health.
Today, Justin serves as Operating Principal of Newtown, Yardley, Northeast Philadelphia, and Jenkintown — guiding others through the powerful synergy of health, wealth, and real estate. He has expanded into syndications and multiple business ventures, fostering a thriving community of professionals who prioritise well-being as a foundation for sustainable growth.
