Nadam is a Singapore-based speaker, trainer and meditation facilitator whose work explores how people think, feel and respond under pressure.
He is the creator of The Push Paradox, a developing body of work built around a simple observation: when pressure rises, our perception often narrows, causing even highly capable people to fall back on automatic responses that may no longer serve them. His work helps individuals and leaders expand awareness, regulate their internal state and respond with greater clarity and intention.
Nadam has trained and facilitated learning experiences for more than 14,000 participants across corporations, public institutions and community programmes, working with audiences from organisations including GIC, Deloitte University and A*STAR, and across retail, healthcare, education and public service. He has facilitated talks, programmes and retreats across Singapore and the wider Asia-Pacific region.
Earlier in his career he built and led three training and consultancy businesses and was involved in developing national industry competency maps, professional standards and workforce training programmes — giving his work a practical grounding in organisational performance and capability development.
Today he brings together workplace experience, mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, movement and experiential learning to explore burnout prevention, emotional wellbeing, sustainable performance and leadership under pressure. His focus is not simply on helping people cope with pressure, but on helping them discover that under pressure they may have more choices than they think.
