Stella Hoh

Stella Hoh is the founder of Richmond Capital Investments, a boutique real estate consultancy and advisory company. A real estate investment veteran, she held senior management positions at multinational real estate companies before venturing out on her own, bringing more than two decades of investment advisory and consultancy experience.

Stella is a licensed valuer, having started her career in the industry as a valuer. She was Head of Investments at Colliers International and Jones Lang LaSalle, where she managed a ten-member investments team and grew JLL’s Investments department into one of the largest in the industry.

She personally led, managed and concluded sales transactions totalling SGD $13 billion during her tenure at JLL Singapore — spanning standalone buildings, bulk deals, land, collective sales, office buildings, hotels and Good Class Bungalows. She also consults on master planning and marketing land and properties across Indonesia, Malaysia and Vietnam.
